See what I found today!
I was on my second trip down the main aisle at Wal Mart, to exchange "Incredibles" Pop-Tarts for "Monsters Inc." Pop-Tarts when I saw these.
Ketchup chips!
I immediately thought of comments Katrina had made about how we were missing out on these in the US. So I grabbed a bag and threw it in the cart. It was less than $1. I haven't opened them yet, but I'll keep you updated.

Hmm..I guess I need to go to Wal-mart some day. I rarely go anymore since there isn't one in my city, but there is one in the city where I work, so it isn't impossible to get to...especially if they have ketchup chips.
I have never heard of this brand before...the brand you get in Canada that makes really good ketchup chips is Old Dutch...but it is a Canadian brand.
I am very curious to hear what you think of them, let us know!
I opened the bag and the scent of ketchup wafted up. I grabbed a chip, looked it over, smelled it, took a bite, and YUM! I think I have a new favourite chip. How did we survive without these? And why did I only buy one bag?
YAY! Now we need to convince more Americans to eat them so that they show up in all the grocery stores. :)
The company that makes these chips has a website, so I went there. We're way out of their normal distribution area. Who knows how they ended up here. But the website does have a store and you can buy chips by the case. 12 5.5 oz bags for $19. Check it out here.
