Of course they are, the cavemen kept them tied up outside the caves. When you got tired of your cave wife you just fed your dinosaur.

Well, on the Flintstones they were housepets, so why not? My kid likes to sing it with "cousin" and "ha-ha" here and there... perhaps more dubious than dinos.
Does your kiddo have cousins who live on a farm or something? If not, I'm worried.
