He's singing the theme song to Veggie Tales, or at least the Enzo version. I don't know that I could translate it for you. He says at one point "I'm listening to Veggie Tales." There's also a garbled, "Broccoli, celery." Then the end is general silliness.
And I have to admit that I'm to blame for Julian knowing what a banshee is because of my strange fascination with the movie Darby O'Gill and the Little People, which features a young Sean Connery. I think he lifted that line straight from the film. When I was reading that, I heard the voice of Darby O'Gill in my head.
