But I'm expecting...

I'm apparently about 5 weeks pregnant, with an expected due date around 14 September. Wow.

carrie said...: In my experience, yes. The side of the box says that it's 99% effective or whatever. I know that's laboratory conditions and replicating those results in real life won't always happen, but when I've used these, they've always been right.

Katrina said...: Robert, I agree with Carrie in that the OTC pregnancy tests are usually very effective. It never hurts to confirm with a blood test, but just about anytime there is a positive on an OTC pregnancy test, it is accurate. THe only exceptions I have known of have been if the woman took an HCG trigger shot to induce ovulation and then tested before the HCG was out of her system.

carrie said...: Yeah, I think it'll be cool. I never really got to play with my sister, since she was so much older than me, and Julian is an only child. So, I'll probably be buying some books about sibling rivalry, etc. since neither of us have any first-hand experience dealing with a close in age sibling.; 1/16/2005 05:08:00 p.m.
