Graffiti in LR

What's up with this? It's on the stage in Riverfront Park. I'm curious why someone took it upon themselves to paint "Memphis" here.



And by the way, this is a fun place to skateboard. Not that I've ever done it, or condone it or anything like that...wink, wink.
