An Argentine Feast!
Tonight I made milanesas a la Napolitana for us, complete with Argentine wine. I would show you a photo, but they're all gone! Verrry yummy for my tummy.
I made the milanesas as usual, put ham on top, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese. The addition of the ham was a pleasant change. It's something we saw at on a web page for an Argentine restaurant in Kentucky called Palermo Viejo.
It's back to the grind tomorrow. Wow. A week on holiday goes by so much faster than a week at work, it seems.

So, a restaurant in Palermo called Kentucky and a restaurant in Kentucky called Palermo. Weird.
When we get there, I'll have you and Fabio over for dinner and I'll make you some milanesas a la napolitana. My recipe passes the Argentine husband test. You should have seen the list of "rules of the milanesa" I got from him. :)
