It's interesting to see how many companies' PACs or employees support the republican party.
One thing the site suggests is patronizing companies whose political contributions are more in line with your support.
I checked on this for myself, and all the local grocery stores are "red." Still investigating...

So people there just accept mediocre service and/or higher prices? It seems odd in a city that large where there has to be other options for almost everything.
I'm still checking the stores and restaurants I frequent. Maybe I can make a small difference with my buying power.
