Milanesas!
I made milanesas a la napolitana tonight for dinner. They were very good, but they could have used more cheese. Here's a picture.

Looks wonderful. Maybe you should make them in shapes, hearts, smileys, mickey mouse, and other fun stuff.
In shapes? Enzo would probably enjoy that, but my husband would insist I was committing some act of treason against the traditional preparation of milanesas.
I got a list of "rules" from him prior to cooking these, such as how thin the meat should be, what the breading should be like, what can and can't be served with them. It's nuts!
They look delicious. Can I come for dinner?:)
Sure, but it would be an awful long trip for dinner.
Maybe while you're out this way you could stop in and visit Jam Daddy's brother...lol ;)
